Clean room, friendly staff and great location.

Spacious, stylish room which was immaculately clean and with large, thick towels. The windows take light from the atrium and so there’s no natural light in the room which makes it a bit dark and means there’s no view, but if the room is just a base and you’ll be out all day, it’s an ideal location. Minor point, but as a country with fantastic coffee, sachets of instant Nescafé in the room were a disappointment! Despite it being very busy outside, the hotel is very peaceful, it also has a great spa which is competitively priced. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. They will also offer advice and guidance around the best way to get around the city and/or help you arrange a Grab or tuk tuk.

EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.

It really nice experience at the hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness, the room, was amazing, especially the staff very helpful they really make my day, I definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family
