「予約時(Beach sideを予約）と全く違う部屋（中庭の前）に通された。既に支払い済み（キャンセル不可）であったため、レセプションで文句を言ったところ、謝りもせず、フルブッキングだ、予約はExpediaから入っており、料金はスタンダードになっている、と訳の分からない説明を受けた。全く誠意のかけらも無い。」

「We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the location and customer service is absolutely excellent. They could not do enough for us to be honest wonderful staff smiling and. Always there to help. Please do not go by cosmetic photos or outlook the rooms are clean with amenities and towels changed everyday. I cannot fault the hotel and we will book again 」

「An absolute pearl on the Kenyan coast. The location is quite and beautiful, with professional and super friendly staff and management. The food was amazing and served in wonderful atmosphere. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed every second, either on the beach or in the pool, watching baby turtles crawl to the sea with the Tiwi Turtle Police or visiting the nearby star fish sanctuary and the African pool. 「There were cold days when the showers were not easily heated. The air conditioner in the room could not be turned off and it was so cold. The location was very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the beds are great」
