「The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the pool was a lovely temperature.
We did have a couple of ‘niggles’ whereby upon checkin there was an old bed-frame and mattress outside our room which we had to ask to be moved.
It also wasn’t made clear that there would be building work going on at the hotel when we booked. This was very close to the pool area which meant there was constant building related noise from around 8am until 6pm. It wasn’t a massive problem...

「The entire place was clean, organized and the staff were extremely friendly. The activities were well organized and executed and there was lots of entertainment to fill the days. Even though the international dishes were well presented and delicious, Neptune can improve on the meals by introducing more of the local cuisine enjoyed in Mombasa.」
