冷蔵庫が壊れていたことは不満でしたが、総じてスタッフの対応は良かったです。 部屋も十分な広さがあり、快適でした。値段相応でした。

We wanted an authentic New Orleans experience and didn't want to stay in a large chain. We loved this hotel. This is a no frills hotel and if you are wanting an authentic historic experience this is for you. It is old and comes with obvious quirks becuse of that. The biggest one is how thin the walls and ceiling are. If you are a light sleeper this may not be for you. It was a dead zone for pur T-Mobile phones but once we connected to the wifi we had no issues. I had a injury before my trip and needed assistance for my lack of mobility. They were able to get me a handicap room at the last minute. They really went above and beyond for me. Every one was extremely nice and helpful. The location is amazing. It is next to everything. Its easy to walk to any popular street. But it is positioned far enough that its not noisy. We where right next to Decatur which surprisingly we really enjoyed! You are super close to a few restaurants and you've got to try the Gazebo café! All together we had a great time and we had the experience we where hoping for. I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating the staff was especially with my injury.
