So I felt (the owner disagreed) that the property wasn't listed accurately. In the listing, under Amenities, it said "parking", but after I paid for it, the owner sent me a message saying I can't use the parking, it's reserved for the tenant. I told him that was a bit disingenuous to list that as an amenity, I'll let the reader be the judge. The apartment is very small, and the bed is a hide-a-bed that you pull down from the wall and it takes up most of the room. The parking thing was a pain because I had some stuff I couldn't leave in my car. The owner assured me there was nearby parking, and that parking wasn't competitive on weekends in canton, but the first night I had to park 8 blocks away after hunting for 20 minutes and had to carry all my stuff back and forth, and on the way out it was suddenly raining and I had to walk 3 blocks to my car. Also, if you're a stickler for this sort of thing (I'm not) I think the apartment may be against fire code, as there's only one exit and no windows or alternative exit.
