「Easy to get to by bus from the airport. Breakfest was very nice, so many pancake options! (Think there was 6 one morning..bonkers)
SPA was ok, there is no proper sauna (think they call it a finnish sauna) just warm rooms with a static temperature. Got some conflicting info checking in, but it was fine.」
「There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water.
However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly?
I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days.
I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping.」

"We stayed for 3 nights on December 29th, 30th and 31st as a family of 4. We were told that dinner was included in the plan, but they suddenly said that they couldn't provide it. However, when we arrived on the day, we were given a voucher for a nearby restaurant of the same chain. The service at that restaurant is not so good, so I don't recommend it. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, with a variety of dishes and delicious food. The room is small, but comfortable and clean. You can see Riga's bus terminal and market from the room. It's a great location, 5-10 minutes walk from the old town, and supermarkets and malls are within walking distance. This is a recommended hotel in Riga."
