"The Check in was a bit confusing that you have to go to another building, and we chose a room with sofa bed specifically because we have a kid, but there was no bed lining for the sofa bed, so we had to call the reception to get it fixed. We stayed for two nights though they didn’t clean our room or empty the trash or exchange our towels at all even we did follow the instructions to throw them on the floor. We tried to call reception again to get some new towels, though give up after couldn’t...

"I felt like I was scammed, no internet ( falsely advertised) , no control over climate condition in room, blasting heat from pipes going through room when it’s too hot outside already!!!! No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse.
