「最高にきれいな客室で水廻りの環境もよく快適でした」

「Quiet comfortable hotel good location, good parking, good room only niggle was corridors felt cold perhaps heating not on yet other . Also only 5 minutes from motorway if on a long journey.」

「Suitable for a short stay but not long as space is very limited in the family room. The spare bed was a sofa bed which was very springy and you could feel the springs. Tv was problematic and didnt work. Other than the negatives mentioned- the main bed was comfy and the bathroom was in good condition.」

「設備も新しく清潔感◎。ベッドのマットレスも程良く、快適。」

「It was last minute plan change from my usual stay in old hall not too far from this hotel, just being curious to find another one. Not so sure was that a right decision, Building is beautiful and amazing gland entrance and big room, however, the service is not that good. Bistro is full of student part timers, not many choice for break fast, a bit shaby as high grade hotel. 「Fabulous hospitality, stunning location. Thank you」

「Very nice family room that was very clean. Only downside was toilet appeared to be leaking. Beds were very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast.」

「街の中心地でしたがとても静かで清潔で した。」

「I am very impressed by the written information about the building's historical backgroud.」

「Good experience」

「Friendly and helpful staff」

「One night stopover! Excellent value for money and friendly helpful staff.」

「The property is a bit tired. It is cheap and convenient if traveling by train but £10 parking on top of the room is pricey. Rooms at the front are quite noisy as they are single glazed and the trains start at 6am.」

「Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is very well equipped, whatever you need, it is there. I will be sure to stay there again, when I go back to Stoke-On-Trent! Thank you very much!」

「Be careful. You can't check in after 5pm! But this is not clearly stated when you book.」
