We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!

We liked the "kitchen" though there wasn't an oven to do pizza. (go to the 8th floor common room and use that one) The common room was never busy while we were there so if you want a comfortable spot to browse the internet or watch a game on your laptop that is a good spot.
If there are two of you, pulling the other half of the bed out every evening was a bit of a chore but not a deal breaker.
The bathroom was spacious by Swiss standards BUT the glass doors could make it awkward for some people.
The location was VERY convenient being right next to the train station and surprisingly at night you had to strain to hear the trains.
Another surprise was the rooftop terrace with a great view of the mountains.
The price was fair and I would stay there again.

"We came to the hotel because it had a/c but it wasn’t working well so it was only tepid. I was told the restaurant was open until 9 only to find out only ice cream is available after 8:00 pm. The staff did try to help and the breakfast was great!"
