「This hotel's exterior doesn't even hint at what's inside. The area is spacious, flowing and absolutely lovely in the lobby and Waterfront restaurant. We drove all over Ireland for the past 2 weeks and this is the only hotel that had a shower curtain so the floor wasnt flooded (those half walls do nothing, especially when you can't adjust the showerhead to not spray outside the shower stall) and a bathroom exhaust fan so the mirror didnt steam over.

「Our stay was an absolute dream! Lorna and Peter provided a one of a kind experience. Upon arrival we were giving a tour of the farm and grounds, then a walk through our cottage, which was clean, well maintained and full of activities. Lorna then invited us to check out the afternoon milking, then meet and PET the cows and then young calfs who were curious enough to walk over. Then we met the farm horse Drift, who couldn't have been friendlier. The two dogs are adorably cute and the chickens are...

「Total gem and worth going a bit off the beaten path. Wonderfully renovated and welcoming spaces. On a cool night there were small fires in the fireplaces in the lobby and in the restaurant. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our trip, and the included breakfast in the morning was also fabulous. Walkable little town with several historical points of interest, a Friday morning farmers market, and lots of locals at Joyces pub and bakery. We wished we had booked for more than one night. 」
