「We arrived very early so the room wasn't ready understandably, they took our number and phoned us as soon as it was, which was 2 hours before check in. Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and hot」
「The hotel was great in all respects only drawback no car park as it was expensive to park nearby. Check in rather late at 4pm but can be worked around as so much to do in the city 」
「There are plugs near the bed. I could use my phone during charging it on the bed. There is shopping centre nearby and only a few minutes walk then you can get Kilkenny castle. Location is good.」

The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930.
Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night.
Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. 」
