Albinia was very friendly and helpful. Washers and dryers in the rooms were a reason I booked but my room did not have them so I had to used the common laundry on another floor. Air con was nice and location was good.

My group had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was incredible and we found the rooms sufficiently spacious. The best part of our stay was by far the staff - specifically, Emma at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating to our group when we had an unexpected emergency come up. Every other worker was also kind and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.
