「アインボワーン！スタッフの対応は感じがよかったーSehan! thank youー。ただ、太陽光利用のせいかシャワーの出が悪く温度もイマイチ！そこだけ残念！」

「The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better! The room looked onto the pool and was beautiful. The rain couldn’t be helped but it was quite loud against the roof of the room. The Sri Lankan breakfast after my safari was lovely and I also had dinner the night before, however I would say there wasn’t very clear communication of timings or where to go once I checked in but for dinner the guy from the hotel on WhatsApp answered all of my questions.」

「Very nice place. The people were very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend the private safari the drivers are really good.」

「I was upgraded to a larger room with a great view, which I appreciated. But the manager arranged a driver who took me to a scam-like massage place. It was unsafe and I had to go to the Tourist Police myself to get a full refund. The manager, despite having recommended the driver himself, refused to take responsibility, and his response afterward was far from reassuring. The owner offered a discount the next day but never apologized. I had asked to use the “Pick Me” app, but was pushed to use...

「Really beautiful view and lovely location, even with the occasional train passing by (if anything, it added to the charm). Very kind and helpful hosts, who loaned their umbrellas to us and accommodated our last minute change of breakfast time when we were running late from a morning hike. They also packed our breakfast to go when we checked out early on our last day. Walking along the train tracks is by far the best way to get to town and back in under 10 minutes. The paved road is quite windy...

「安く個室に泊まれておすすめ。細かいこと（水シャワー、少し下水臭）を気にしない方にぜひ。」

「Etwas abgelegen aber gut, sauber und Personal freundlich. Es gibt keine Rezeption」

「The Hotel all basic amenities , to explore the Ella city. Kishore was really helpful. The only problem was the noise in the night- The people from other rooms drinking and shouting in the midnight disturbing others. we were not able to sleep properly I hope owners will inform the guests in advance that they dont make noises」
