Natural pools carved into volcanic rock offer refreshing swims with Atlantic Ocean views in this coastal neighborhood. Enjoy fresh seafood at waterfront restaurants while watching local fishermen bring in their daily catch.
Excellent accommodation in close driving distance to Anaga's hiking trails and famous Laurel Forest. The Double room with attached private bathroom, dressing room, and balcony is exceptional. Location is in a contemporary residential area on a quiet, dead-end road, near to TF13. Do not miss the Farmer's Market on Saturday and Sunday mornings! Hosts, Jésus and his wife, are kindly and helpful. Highly recommend IF you have a car.

This hotel and room were both quite charming. The room is big and the ceilings were very high. It's in an historic building and we'll cared for. I loved my room there.

Manager Paula is very friendly and helpful.
Love the breakfast. Spacious building with sunny, airy hallways. Fun, personalized rooms with distinctive decoration of books. You don't want to leave the place. So much to read!

Excellent location, spacious and modern room, kitchen, bathroom and all other facilities. I did not have breakfast there, but assume it just as good.
The staff was very very helpful and professional. No parking.

Amazing views from our room as well from the gardens. Across the road from a spectacular park and 15 minute walk to the harbour area with all its shops and cafes. We had a meal there and enjoyed some of the local wines at reasonable cost. Our only complaint is the obscene cost (18€) of the breakfast. Lots of local cafes within easy walking distance for less than 1/3 the cost. Other than that, I give top marks for the hotel and its professional helpful multilingual staff. If we return to the area...

Whenever I visit Tenerife, I stay in either the AC or the NH across the street. The locations is fantastic with immediate access to cabs and transportation, and withing walking distance of plenty of amenities. You get exactly what you need: a quiet, clean, comfy, and secure location to spend your time in Santa Cruz.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. The staff, especially Julia, were super helpful; she gave us some spot-on recommendations for things to do nearby. They even booked my taxi to the airport and made sure it actually showed up. The room was really spacious and clean, and the AC was nice and cold. I didn't have breakfast, though.

Great staff, excellent command of English language, extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. Room was spotless, everything looks new and in pristine condition, big bathroom, big tub, VERY CLEAN.
TV in the room, air-con also, big beds with firm mattresses. I've had a great, quiet night, absolutely no disturbance of any kind, slept like a baby. Shortly-if I ever come to Santa Cruz de Tenerife again - I will most certainly stay at this hotel! Highly recommended!

The hotel is spectacular from the moment you arrive. You will feel like you are privileged to be there as every small detail is taken care of between the food, the staff, and the facilities. Nothing is less than five star throughout.

Overall our experience was good, you need to be prepared to take a taxi or walk about 30 to 40 minutes to the center of the attractions., like cafe, restaurants, beach, etc.
