「We had a very nice stay. A simple facility where everything was clean. The front staff was particular friendly and accommodating making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was fairly basic but still offered a good variety. We would definitely use it again when we visiting Bainbridge in the future. The only disappointment was that the pool no longer existed. The property description on the website was not up to date prior to our departure. Only a minor disappointment for the kids.」

「The Abode On the Sea is very charming. The bed was especially comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The view is spectacular! I especially appreciate the hot water on demand and great water pressure. The abode is very accessible to the lovely town of Winslow/Bainbridge Ferry and other attractions like several beaches, the Grand Forest and a quick drive to the Rolling Bay Area and Bloedel Reserve (a must see natural delight). We highly recommend this delightful abode.」

「Our family had a wonderful time at the cottage. Lots of character and the views are hard to beat. It was a great central location for us on our trip in the Puget Sound area. It was the perfect size and room layout for our family of four with two boys, ages 11 and 7. We would definitely stay there again.」

「The cottage was the most well equipped and thoughtfully appointed I have ever stayed in! The kitchen was well stocked with spices and some lovely welcome items from our host. The extensive lovely dishware, serving pieces and equipment available made cooking and serving a pleasure. The beds and baths were all comfortable with very nice linens. 「The pictures don't do this beautiful home justice! It was the perfect, tranquil spot for 5 of my familiy members to visit. We live on the Island and we spent time at the home, and were able to host family dinners for 8 and all comfortably relax on the deck. The tranquil views, the beautifully decorated spaces, and access to the water made this a one-of-a-kind vacation rental. We never wanted to leave!!」
