Very unclear and abusing billing, uninformed staff regarding pets, after checkout and lack of receipt or formal policy on what is implied by traveling with pets overnight vs walking in with a friend with pets, not flagged by staff despite openly walking in, not charged on checkout, despite being in the lobby with the dogs, only to find the bank charge 30 minute's later, still without warning or receipt or invoice, which when finally provided by unhelpful manager said maid service. In addition, the first night there was heavy walking and moving of items in the room above me for a full 2 hours until I went to the front desk and had to insist multiple times. My stay in January of 2025 had been great as had been the staff. Not the case now. Management is slow unresponsive.

This hotel is in a great location with very easy access to the space needle and hockey arena. Lots of shopping and food choices within walking distance as well. The staff was super friendly. The building is older but it seems well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The roof top patio was a nice way to end the day. I'd stay again for sure.
