Whether you're here for hiking, fishing, fall colors, skiing, a Red Rocks concert, exploring the foothills, or simply relaxing in the hot tub and taking in the views, Camp Bailey offers a peaceful home base for experiencing Colorado.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, loft, playroom, hot tub, treehouse, basketball half-court, outdoor movie area, hammocks, gas fire pit, and outdoor play spaces.

Driveway parking is available for guests.

There are no shared spaces. Any owner closets, utility rooms, or storage areas that are not available for guest use are clearly labeled and locked for safety and inventory purposes.

🚗 Driving: Driving is the primary way to reach the home and explore Bailey, nearby mountain communities, hiking areas, scenic drives, and other Colorado destinations. Mountain roads and weather conditions can change quickly, particularly during winter.

❄️ Winter Driving: AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months and periods of snow or adverse weather. Guests should arrive prepared for current mountain driving conditions.

🅿️ Parking: Guests have access to driveway parking as well as the home's private two-car garage. Garage parking is especially convenient during snowy winter stays.

⚡ EV Charging: An EV charger is available in the garage for guest use.
