「This is such a nice and well-stocked little spot! We enjoyed the trail that you can walk to from the cabin. You can’t hear I-70 once you make your first turn which is a big plus.」

「Very lovely place. It’s an older home, if you like things perfect this may not be for you. If you’re comfortable with a more eclectic stay, it’s really pleasant. The roosters will wake you up at dawn, you might want to consider earplugs.」

「My husband and I really enjoyed our 6-night stay at this Evergreen oasis! It was cozy while also feeling open and airy, with great natural light and large windows for beautiful Mountain View’s and wildlife sightings. It has everything you need and is well designed. Airyn and Landon were responsive and provided easy check-in and check-out instructions. It was a great home base for what was an epic Colorado adventure!」

「When we arrived it looked like it had been vacant for some time. The yard and sidewalk were full of weeds that were well over a foot tall. Then, when we went inside the AC had not been running so it was very warm inside. (It was July and was in the 90s at this time.) We immediately turned on the AC and all the fans. In less than an hour the breaker tripped and the AC went out. My husband fixed it and the AC came on again. I did let the host know. We left for dinner and when we came back the AC...

「The house is beautiful. The views are amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked and beautiful. The small issue was the challenge of getting enough hot water and pressure to use the wonderful-looking master shower. But mountain water pressure is often an issue. Overall a wonderful house for a weekend away. 」
