「Quirky. The room was nice enough. One of three secure rooms in an apartment. Nice bathroom and bed. A little difficult to get in initially. Five keys total required, but after day 1 not a problem. We were’t able to figure out the Metro to city center so took a cab for 20 Euros. Amazing city. Had a private tour through GetYourGuide which was terrific. 」

「The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and a private patio. My friend and I ate at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Sicily. Especially the fact that they catered to our vegan and vegetarian dietary restrictions. I would definitely recommend this place. 」

「Apon arriving we entered through a secure electronic gate with combo provided by our host. Entrance to the villa inside was with keys provided by a lockbox. Kitchen was clean and had all nessisary appliances. A/C units worked wonderfully throughout the villa !!! Plenty of useful items were provided, coffee maker, microwave, washer, hairdryer. Will definitely stay again.」

「パレルモの中ではそこそこお高いホテルです。入り口はとにかく判りにくいので注意が必要です。GoogleMapで場所を調べても入り口が全く判らないんです。自分は先方にお迎えにきて頂きました。建物は遥か昔からの重厚な作り。階段で3階程上がった所にあります。スタッフの方々はとても優しくサービスは良いです。近隣環境も良く、少し歩けば海とトラットリアがあって深夜でもご飯を食べれます。治安の悪さも感じませんでした。 ただ、唯一解らなかったのは、Apartment(60平米) を予約したのに、Luxury に泊められた事です。(しかも追加料金を払いました)。今見ると、Apartment というメニューが失くなっています。ホームページからも情報が消されていました。この点だけが不可解でしたが、とてもオススメできるホテルでした。」
