"I loved every single moment. It was authentic, beautiful beyond belief and more than a value for the price. The staff was very helpful giving me clear instructions every step of the way; from the arrival at Palermo airport and where to catch the transfer to finding the hotel, even shouting my name from the balcony as the premises are ‘hidden’ from the main street therefore safe and secluded. You feel like you are staying in a beautiful palazzo not in a low key hotel and that’s truly priceless. "
