"I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. It was such a needed respite. The on-site restaurant was outstanding! The wine is absolutely amazing. The hospitality staff would swoop in whenever we were at breakfast and reset our room. The pool was nice and clean. The views are spectacular. The people were helpful and accommodating. We even had a private wine tasting. Do not hesitate for a second about staying here. I miss it already."

"The property location is good - close to where we dropped off the rental car and close to the airport the next morning. The room was fine, the bedding and the towels were clean, the bathroom was clean. However, there was a faint odor of sewage coming from somewhere. The restaurant menu for dinner was uninspiring so we didn't stay for dinner. Breakfast was just ok. There was some hot food (rubbery scrambled eggs and weiners) but mostly it was continental options. The worst issue for us was that the entire hotel was infested with mosquitoes. They were everywhere! In the elevators, in the lobby, in the restaurant and in the room. The reception staff said something about the district having something flushed (??) and it results in mosquitoes coming out. Maybe it's just at a certain time of year?"

"I do not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel unless you just literally want to sleep, have breakfast then leave to travel.. Because there is absolutely NOTHING to do either in the hotel or in the local area. It is in the middle of nowhere. Not even any shops nearby or anything. Just a car park infront of the hotel and flats and buildings in the area around it. There is only a pizzeria nearby and pharmacy and that's basically it. No entertainment whatsoever no nothing. I couldn't even watch the TV in the room because it was all Italian and I don't speak Italian. The manager was abrupt and totally unhelpful to me he said I should have gone to another hotel! The room itself was cold, the toilet small and too close to the shower that I had to sit sideways on it because there wasn't any room for my legs to go infront of it. There was no free drinking water, I had to keep buying small bottles of water from the little bar that was in there. It was a 10 minute walk to the tram station then you get the tram to the city centre. This was totally the wrong hotel I chose to stay at. It virtually ruined my enjoyment of my 4 day holiday because of all the hard work for me having to find things and travel around so much and just simply not having anything to do in the evenings at all. The restaurant in the hotel is only open for breakfast which is 6.30am-10am then 2 hours for dinner between 7pm-9pm and that's it but the food was good in there though."
