Bad Schachen Vacations from ￥201,800

Front desk and the ladies handling breakfast were tremendous, friendly and helpful. Pretty serious glitch with housekeeping. Bare minimum effort for twelve days, even when we left for four days they didn't bother to clean at all. Ran out of toilet paper and towels several times and a promised real clean (first effort) was better and rated a poor. I understand staffing issues but only two days before leaving did a reasonable job get done. We were there thee weeks.

I didn’t receive any email or notification that this property is self checkin, there were no one there while arriving and I had to make several roaming calls & to download an App to get access to my room although there were no WiFi avalable

Room was clean area a couple blocks away was a little suspect. Not bad for the money a unique place

Great location. Easy check-in. Clean (and big for Zürich) room.

Just spent 4 nights.. staff were all very nice and accommodating especially Khristina! We loved the location to everything.. hotel was clean and we had a group of 8.... it was a bit chaotic checking in but the hotel was extremely helpful and understanding! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. We lpved zürich and we definitely would stay here again!
