「The hosts are really friendly and accommodating. The balcony/terrace has a lovely view over the valley behind the property. The apartment is a very generous size and was extremely well equipped, with seemingly every possible kitchen utensil available, which is often lacking in holiday rentals. Will definitely stay again!」

「Wir waren an dem Wochenende(zwei Nächte)in Köln unterwegs zur Gamescom und zum shoppen in der City.Von da aus kommt man super innerhalb von 10 min (Auto) zur Bahn ,die direkt in die Kölner Stadt führt....die Straßenbahn hält überall an ,ob Messe , Neumarkt,Heumarkt...Die Vermieter sind super nett und auch das Zimmer ist top ausgestattet.... Wir waren super zufrieden...」

「The apartment was very nice and clean. Great location and we were able to get a free street parking spot a few doors down from the building. The only issue was the wrong access code for the building was sent via a message. After trying it multiple times I checked my email and a different code was sent after the checkin time. 」

"空港から近くて便利なのですが、空港にシャトルバスを呼ぶためにはホテルから指定された電話番号に掛けるしかありません。しかし、何度掛けても出ません。途方に暮れていたら、親切なタクシー運転手さんがホテルまで送って下さいました。（本来は近すぎてなかなかタクシーに乗せてもらえません。） 電話をする前にメールもしましたが、返答はありませんでした。その後シャトルバスの件でホテルに再度電話に直ぐに出て欲しいこと、電話以外の方法も考えて欲しい（メールや時刻表等）とメールしましたが、それの返答もありません。 しかし、ホテル内のレストランスタッフはとても親切で美味しく気持ちよく過ごせました。 次回も利用したいかと問われると、微妙な感じです。"
