"Charming Victorian building very well maintained very clean. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly and made the effort to even remember my name and activities during my 3-day stay. A very welcoming and charming experience. Also both the dinner and breakfast were outstanding, although the dinner was substantially more expensive than a restaurant in Hanoi but nonetheless a very enjoyable dining experience."

They were so kind and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet foods quality and variety were not consistent- some day the food were great & fresh, other days it was not so abundant and lack luster. Overall, we had a great time at Super Candle hotel and would recommend it to our friends who are traveling through Hanoi."
