"Nous y sommes allés en début de semaine et en saison touristique basse. L’hôtel a roulé juste pour nous. Nous y étions vraiment bien, le service était impeccable et nous avons vraiment bien mangé. La piscine chauffé est superbe, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps. Nous avons aussi réservé des massages et c’était parfait. C’est à 10-15 min du village ça se fait bien en taxi. Parfait endroit pour un séjour au calme"

"The rooms are beautiful, however, for this price level, I’d except more comfort. There is no AC in the room and it was super hot. We had the fan on but couldn’t cool down the room at night. The hot tub can only be managed by the hotel staff. The water is pretty cold, which avoided me from going in. We wanted to go into the hot tub again the next morning but they didn’t drain the ttbath from the night before. Breakfast is not included in the price. We signed of on the bill at the table, but when we paid, they manually added 15% tip to the bill after we signed! The standard tip in Mexico is 10%. So sad. You also can’t pay with your credit card using Apple Pay. You need to have your physical card with you."

"The location is amazing, each room has a view of the volcano. However, this means the one window receives direct sunlight most of the day, and with just one small part of the window actually able to be opened, it gets very hot in the room. We also could not leave this window open at night due to the bonfire lit right outside. And there is no fan. So we had a miserable night’s sleep. Again, the location made it worth it, but I’m glad we only stayed one night. "
