The best thing about this place is the location. View of ocean, close walk to beach or shopping and has a walk around porch with heated pool. The house is need of upgrades(light bulbs-either didn’t work or were non matching or wonky, shower curtains-there was mold, table-so sticky and kitchen items needed). There were a few railings loose as well as nails still sticking up around the pool. A little more attention to detail would do this place wonders. Very quiet neighborhood on a no outlet street.
