"Lovely cottage not far from the beach. Great central living area for the family to gather. Well stocked kitchen. Screened in porch is great for staying shaded and away from the bugs. The walk to the ocean is not far, but the very tall and steep sand dune is challenging for older and not as physically capable people. Food Lion is right down the road and there are a good number of nearby restaurants. I would stay here again if looking in the Avon area."

"The house is beautiful and the location is great. Our family had a fantastic time. The kitchen is well stocked, everything was clean, pool and beach items in the shed and tons of games in the closet. The walkout to the beach is a bit of a workout for us “older” people but our kids and grandkids had no trouble. I would absolutely recommend staying here."
