The fifth and final bedroom, a king master with ensuite bath and Smart TV, is located on the upper level. Also located on this level is the great room and kitchen — a bright and sunny core that brings families together for cooking, dining, entertaining, and simply being together. A sleek, brand-new kitchen with updated appliances and cabinets will actually make cooking family meals a delight which spills over to the expansive dining table where you can share those meals together. Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with a picnic table, a lovely spot to start the day with a cup of coffee. Settle into the great room as fans whir overhead from the cathedral ceiling as you stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. If there’s a debate on what to watch, another Smart TV and sitting area in a tower loft featuring a sleeper sofa can solve the dilemma.
