We only stayed one night. The condo was outdated, but it was clean, which we appreciated. Carpet was heavily stained. Bathroom tube was rusted and moldy shower curtain. Beds were comfortable. However Management company was responsive.

The location was roomy; provided good views; had all the amenities we required; and was close to what we needed in Avon, including the parking lot where we were picked up for our rafting trip. Traffic noise at night was a minor nuisance.

close to Beaver Creek, but right on the highway and it noise

⸻Overall, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the management team was generally responsive. The location is convenient—nicely situated between Avon and Edwards, with easy access to the Eagle River for walking and fishing.That said, there were a few drawbacks. The deck had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and had noticeable dirt and bird droppings, plus it overlooked a busy highway, which brought consistent road noise. Inside, the carpet was heavily stained/dirty, which made walking barefoot on carpet a poor decision. House slippers or shoes would make a better choice. The bedding and pillows could use an upgrade, as they felt worn and flat. The kitchen lacked a few basics like a can opener, and the knives were quite dull. I reached out about this but unfortunately didn’t hear back.One thing to note: the pool wasn’t open for our full stay due to landscaping maintenance. Be sure to check the listing details or ask about seasonal amenities.In summary, the location is great for river access and central to nearby towns, but some of the home’s condition and amenities could use more attention

Great ski condo!

Great stay! We had two couples and a 3 year old and this place was great for the price in the area. Easy parking, easy walk to the bus (about 0.2miles?). The bus is a short ride to the first lift which was nice! The hot tub along the little creek was really cute. Hosts here very easy to communicate with.
