"when you first drive up to the property, you may think this place is small. But when you get into the unit you realize it's HUGE! More than adequate for our party of 9. We had everything we needed and more."

"We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails and creek access. It’s close to town but also feels secluded enough to feel like a mountain getaway. Highly recommend!"

"The condo was very conveniently located, right next to I-70 (although the traffic can be a bit loud), making it easy to visit a lot of nearby sites such as Glennwood Springs, Leadville, and Frisco. You definitely get what you pay for and if your primary objective is to go out sightseeing different mountain towns of CO, this is an ideal rental. The condo was spacious and a good value. "The place was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family of 4. We were able to ski in and out of the condo via the Elkhorn lift despite the late season warm weather. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for great week skiing. The village was within a 5 minute walk as well which was very convenient. We would defintely recommend this property and its management."

"This is an older condo that has been meticulously renovated with high end finishes. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. The unit is ground level so there is some noise on the stairs outside but it was minimal. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the secondary entrance to Beaver Creek. Svetlana was very friendly and super helpful."

"Quiet neighborhood well worth the money. Blake’s place was clean, cozy, and comfortable for my larger family. Location is near a tee box on the golf course and was pleasing to watch others swing their luck. Prior to booking I was worried about the water heater due to previous reviews but worked flawlessly with 3 people taking showers at the same time. On our next trip to Eagle-Vail I plan on staying with Blake again! Thanks!"

"Our teenage son was a patient at the Steadman - Philippon Research Institute in nearby Vail. We needed a place to stay that was close to the clinic because he had to be transported to the clinic for physical therapy twice a day for several days after hip surgery. This property was perfect for our needs. This condo is located next to the elevator, so it was easy for him to navigate to and from the car on crutches.
