「自然を感じる森の中のクラシックなロッジ風のホテルです。設備も最新ではありません。敷地内にはコテージもありました。レンガの壁と木の温もりを感じながら、時間の流れをゆったり感じる部屋でした。ベランダはとても快適でした（灰皿アリ！）。道路に面しているので、たまに通過する車の音は聞こえますが、木々で道路は見えない為、森の中にいる感じがあります。２２時も過ぎるととても静かでした。天気の良い夜は満天の星を見ることが出来るでしょう。レストラン、リカーショップが隣接。ホテル名からはビーチに近い感じを受けますが、アボカビーチまでは車で10分くらい掛かります。（アボカビーチは地名ですw）」

「We booked our staycation last minute for a few days away with our furbaby. The place was exactly as described was enough for our family to enjoy. The location was positively excellent in walking distance of shops, beach and the lagoon. Communication from the host was excellent would definitely stay again. Thank you we enjoyed our time away. 」

「The Avoca Beach Guesthouse was perfectly clean and tidy, well-situated a short drive up the hill from the shops and the beach. The bed was comfortable with bedlights. The kitchen was good for cooking meals and the fridge capacious. TV good. Portable radios do not work well (not the owner's fault), but there is digital radio on the TV.

「From the beginning of booking, bedrooms arrangement, check-in procedure, Sue-Anne was profusely accommodating, supportive and very attentive to our requests and immediate resolution of ongoing functionalities of facilities During our stay, she was so helpful and caring enough to worry about our surprising encounters of the local wildlife (kookaburras).But I digress, the luxurious appointment of the house is second to none- can I add an extra star to the 5 stars rating that it truly deserves....
