"Lovely place to stay. We had the private room and hot tub. The room had its own outside area which was brilliant. Morning breakfast in the breakfast room is self service with amazing fresh croissants. The grounds have many cats which are friendly and beautiful gardens. Unfortunately at the time of our stay there were big vehicles parked outside the residence, which made parking difficult. Parking was available 200m down the road. "

"This was the third time we have stayed here. Just as lovely as always. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had very good choices and lovely homemade jams. Always served with a friendly smile. Also, if you do not like dogs I would not recommend that you stay here. There is a dog (that the owner admits is aggressive) that guards the property."

"We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on. "
