"The checkin info was misleading, we were told that were able to check in at any time but when we reached the accommodation, there was no staff there to entertain us. Ended up having to sleep in the car at a service station. :( "

"Die Check in Daten wurden von Aurélien zu spät (18.00 Uhr am Anreisetag!) geliefert, sodass es nicht mehr möglich war um 16.00 Uhr einzuchecken. Wir mussten uns um eine Alternative bemühen. Ich hatte vorher 2 emails geschrieben, die nicht beantwortet wurden. Kommunikation sehr fragwürdig. Ich erwarte eine Rückbuchung des Aufenthalts."

"Meine Buchung wurde wegen 'Wasserschaden' storniert und ich bekam keine Nachricht, nachdem ich um eine SMS gebeten hatte. Es kam eine Mail, die ich erst wieder zurück zuhause lesen konnte. Vor Ort telefonierte ich mit der Verwaltung, die mir lediglich mitteilte, dass meine Buchungsnummer wie auch mein Name nicht vorlägen. Wir gingen in ein Hotel, das wir direkt vor Ort aufsuchten.Trotz der Osterfeiertage waren viele Hotels nicht ausgebucht."

Amazing hotel with wine yards view.

"The position of the property can’t be better, in a picturesque wine yards, but only 15 min from famous avenue de Champagne . The hotel design is amazing and have relaxing atmosphere. You don’t feel you are in France it is more Nordic feel. I can’t recommend more. The restaurant is amazing as well. Overall 5 star. "
