Nice and clean staff very courtesy good amenities

It was a great place to stay. Location was great. Only thing was it was raining and the area in casino had trash cans placed throughout to catch the water that was leaking inside. Luckily the rooms were not effective by the leaks. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was a perfect little staycation spot! The apartment style rooms were nice, so me and my boyfriend were able to make meals and stay in! The amenities of the hotel were nice, just wish there were washer/dryer amenities onsite! Otherwise a very pleasant stay! Definitely will be coming back!

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.
