"The elevators tank, the rug were so dirty and old. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. That's why it's included because nobody would pay for that.The shower was gross it was just in the side of the room with no actual doors or barrier and the water when all over the whole bathroom. The front desk person didn't give me a wake-up call that I requested and told me that I was on a list for a shuttle at nine o'clock in the morning and then when I came down in the morning I was told that it was full and I wasn't on there. The only reason I stayed here was because it was close to the airport and I did have an international flight to get to, but I needed to take an uber anyway. Why would you have room thermostats set to 67° with no way of adjusting it. Bad food, dirty, and freezing with staff who don't care."

"The hotel was exactly what we needed for one night in Brooklyn. The room was clean, shower great, and staff very friendly. "

"It definitely does not look like the pictures. The staff was not friendly and the hotel looked like it had a bad repair man that didn't complete any projects. We were told to park in their "lot" which was a back alley where we were supposed to park on the sidewalks with a homeless encampment. I would not recommend. "

"The room I stayed in had double beds, but it was too small for two beds. One of the beds was partially blocking the entrance to the bathroom, which was very awkward to maneuver. I requested another room, but there was none available. Other than that the room was clean, and the air conditioner/heat worked well. They aren't many store in the area. There is a McDonald's across the street, and a gas station with a food mart a block away. Overall the place is decent for a short stay."
