"The room was not clean."

"Second time staying here staff is Great. Very close to train and bus."

"check-in is at 3 PM and I arrived at 5:30 PM. I called ahead and told them I would be late and they said it was fine. I arrived and was told my room was not ready because they were shortstaffed housekeeping wise. We had to wait almost an hour for the room to be ready. When we finally did get to the room, it was perfect- neat clean and very nice looking."

"Our stay at the Wyndham Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, we were treated very well by everyone we encountered. The level of hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel in every way and will stay here each time we come to Brooklyn, New York."

"Convenient place to stay when at JFK International Airport. "

"We only stayed till 4am to catch our flight. Had to pay for shuttle since the hotel's free shuttle doesn't start till 6am. Which leaves a lot of people paying. I wouldn't have picked this hotel if I had read the fine print."
