"The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean. The area around the hotel was loud because the Amtrak ran behind the building. Typical New York neighborhood with hotel right in the heart of it."

"I had a mixup when I booked it (my fault) and the lady at the front desk was awesome with helping me get it all fixed. It was midnight and after a 14hr flight from Hong Kong, I just wanted to shower and go to bed. She made it possible. "

"The room was ok, however pretty sure there were sex workers throughout the night as it was incredibly loud and went on for hours and you could hear them banging doors when finished and walking out of the rooms . I will not stay again and thankful I didn’t go with my child. "

"It was safe and clean. Bathroom was excellent, but i thought we were getting two queen beds and they definitely were not queen size beds. The rooms were pretty tight for 3 people. Coffee was not good and poor selection of creamers/sweeteners. Breakfast was satisfactory, aside from the coffee. I can not stress enough that it felt safe. Especially for people from Nebraska who had no idea about the area. "

"The location is nearby the C train station. There is no hanger but only hooks for clothes in the room. The bed mattress was with bad smell in my 1st room, and the bed liner was with strong softener smell in my 2nd room. The water temperature was another issue for me. The room price can be another issue. I booked my room for under $100/night. But, the room rate was jumped to more than $200/night the next morning. The room rate was jumped again to more than $300/night on my check out day. Totally unbelievable!! "

"The only downfall was very limited parking. That's to be expected in New York I suppose. Subway was close to use so once we found parking we didn't have to move our vehicle"
