"We had a great stay, and the location is unbeatable. There is a playground in the field right across the street, and the beach is a block away. Plus, there are enough restaurants nearby that you don’t have to walk to 96th street all the time. The place is super clean, cozy, and convenient. We loved the heated pool too, which is truly heated. "What a great house! The decor and feel of the house was extremely nice. Everyone room was clean, and comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen. Relaxing at the pool each late afternoon was a welcome treat after spending the day at the beach. We highly recommend renting this property!"
