I would stay here again and again, just for the customer service that we received. Exceptional! Rooms and bedding were clean. Not many amenities. They have a laundry and gym. Nice gazebo with two gas grills.

I had a great three-night stay for work here. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an under $100 stay. Though simple-ni trills, the bed were nice, bed very comfortable, and the towels were and thick towels. Great location at the Domain.

Clean room, friendly staff. Cute "stray kitten" that guest and staff are taking care of, which was very sweet. Great location too, Negatives are lighting in the room was grim (light color). Good room layout but very old furniture and appliances, Wasn't too expensive so a good value, but you might want to consider a new property nearby.

I paid 89$ on a Friday night which is pretty good for austin. There were many others at that price but this one was close to my work conference and had reviews about the staff. The staff was in fact very helpful and friendly, a rarity at more economical hotels. Maddison was very helpful and friendly and quick ti help. My room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet overall, though the doors are loud when they close. Area was really safe and a huge array of stores and malls to walk around were a 4 min drive away.

It doesn't look great looking from the outside but everything in the room is just clean and neat. The frontdesk staff is also very helpful and efficient. Was concerned about the condition of the laundry but it turned out great. Plenty of free parking place and it is only 20mins from downtown Austin.

This is not a fancy place. It is a bit worn around the edges and minimally staffed. The room I stayed in was very clean but there was an "industrial" odor that permeated the space; I became attenuated to it after an hour but it was noticeable every time I came in the room anew. The place was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen space was quite functional. If you're looking for amenities, keep looking. If you want an affordable spot to stay for a few days, this is fine. Once you learn the roads around the place, it is in a spot to easily access much of the Austin area.

Very Good for a 2 start Hotel

I had a pleasant stay and my bed was confortable. I like the size of the room and the big desk. I gave it a 3 start rating in cleanliness and condition because the top of the refrigerator looked really dirty. It's a small, but full size refrigerator and is the first thing you see as you walk in the room

June stay

I always stay at Simply Sonesta Domain while in Austin because of the location and price. This time the room had a strange odor, the furnishings were shabby and there was a huge space under the door which led to unwanted noise. The staff is always the best, the property could use some updating and recycling options.
