Friendly staff, clean room, loved the gym

What a beautiful hotel. The aesthetics only outdone by the wonderfully helpful and generous staff!! We’re truly sad to leave. And would easily return to this property. Thank you for everything!!

Breakfast is good. Location is good. Rooftop view is nice. But the room and Staff is just OK, not comparable to other hotels I stayed. I usually give 5 stars to the hotels I stayed. but only "3" for this hotel.

Excelente todo La ubicación del hotel, el servicio muy atentos y responsables y profesionales la Limpiesa es impecable el desayuno muy bueno y variado, finalmente el aire acondicionado todo el que desees en resumen muy buena calidad lo recomiendo como excelente

When selecting our room & it indicated city view i was under the impression we would be on a higher floor. When finding out we were going to be on the 1st floor. I was a little disappointed & when the receptionist realized & attempted to provide a different option. What was mentioned was 3rd floor smaller room, now why would I want to move to a higher floor but have a smaller room. I paid for the size room to accommodate me & my wife. Honestly would have preferred a better option regarding floor with same size room.
