What can be said that has not already been said? Wow! We loved that the staff were as enthusiastic about a hotel, formerly a prison, as we were. The art work in the room/cell and through out the building was amazing, thought provoking and modern. The room in "prison chic" was very comfortable and spacious for two tired cycle tourists. Plus, a super secure place to store our bikes, much appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and worth the price. Our only regret is not being in Beziers when the restaurant was open for evening meals. Definitely one of the most unique places we have stayed and the most memorable. Merci to the whole team that make this place a joy to stay in.

Great place for a family to enjoy the quietness of the Cevenes National park. You can either stay at the hotel and do all the activities they have. you can't get bored, or you can use it as a base to drive around the park.
