「Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left.」

「I had booked a non-smoking room and paid the fee, but when I got there, the motel stuff told me that there is only one room available, which is a smoking room. He gave me a room key and told me to go to the room to see if I could stay in the room. The room smelled so bad, so I told him that I didn't like it. Then, he shakes his hand as if he was saying "then bye." But I had no place to stay, so I accepted the room. Next day, I found out that there are a bunch of roaches in the room including...

「There was mold under the counter in our suite that we slept with all night. There were stains on the carpet. The toilet did not flush properly. I am not sure if the whirlpool tub was clean, dirty, or perhaps just needed to be resurfaced, but it definitely did not look clean. This was a very disappointing stay, although I was reimbursed for my stay when I showed the pictures.」
