You can get AT bus for a fee if the free shuttle bus time doesn't suit. Walkable distance from the bus stop. The room is spacious, and cold despite the heater turned on, there is no extra blanket ready in the room.

Room was fine. Reception staff were friendly. Location is perfect for those wanting to be near the airport. Had to check in and check out at Gateway next door. The restaurant wasn’t great.

Very disappointed that they did not want to change from shared bathroom to private bathroom. Made application for this right from the start of the booking but was given the run around just to be told to do a new booking and lose the money paid. Sunsquently we did not use the booking

This property is well past its use-by date. Wall paper was peeling on the walls of the corridors, there was depressions in the bathroom floors where the timber was rotten. The Doona was stained. Smoke alarm was on the shelf disconnected. Generally well below par.

The rooms were musty but pretty clean, very out dated! Nice distance to the airport! This staff should open up the room windows for the guests that have pre-booked! It really helps!

Unfortunately there was a significant mouldy smell, very damp in the room which made it hard to breathe,there was mould in the bathroom, a leak in the main room, as well as rubbish outside the room. There was no jug available in the room and also the showers only had cold water. Staff werent particularly helpful or accomodating when concerns were brought to their attention however did change rooms for me. I would not return to this motel or recommend it to others to stay.

We had a night of no sleep. Visitors next to us were loud the whole night through, sitting at the pool with liquor, laughing and talking up to about 3am the morning. We had to get up at 3am to be in time for the airport, so no sleep at all. The staff did talk to them, but they did not shut up. rang the staff again, but said they are too small to confront people again. They said they will call the security. The property itself is quite run-down and old. Might be time for renovations.
