The nicest Novotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Nicely manicured outdoor courtyard with seating and tables. Parking can be a bit tight when the hotel is busy. As the hotel is not newly built some amenities like USB charging ports or a smart TV are missing. Sth Metro station right next to hotel makes travelling to downtown fast and convenient. Į

The hotel breakfast was amazing and a great start to each day. Chef Kanti made fresh omelettes for us every morning, always with a warm smile that made the experience even more special. Room was very outdated and so was the hotel overall. Reception staff were very cold, not very welcoming at all. The only staff that was friendly and helpful was the kitchen chef (Kanti), and the housekeeping ladies. Breakfast buffet was pretty ordinary, same things on repeat everyday. Gym was only equiped with a couple of treadmill, not much of a gym.
