Guests staying in this privately owned studio apartment at Citylife Auckland have full access to the entire unit, along with the building’s well-managed and highly secure system. You’re also welcome to use shared facilities, but please note that hotel reception services, such as check-in and luggage storage, are not available.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:
*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.
Self check-in to this apartment:
*Key pick-up is at 3/22 Durham St West, just 1 min walk from your apartment, further Self-Check In instructions will be sent before your arrival date.
*There is NO carpark and luggage storage available for this apartment, but you may store your luggage at the key pick up location at a fee.
*Our check-in time is and after 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest.
Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean.
For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
*Our latest check-out time is 10am.
Interaction with Guests:
We'll give guests space, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-5pm NZ time.
