Repair to outside area door …NOT THE ROOM DOOR
"Just one complaint The door to the area we stayed at was VERY HARD TO OPEN and we were stuck there two mornings for a few minutes because the door would not open The lock just spun around… we physically went to the office and told them but it never got fixed … we were in room 23309"
