「We absolutely loved our stay at the Highland Cottage. The check in process could not have been easier, we were greeted to such a clean space with homemade cookies waiting for us. 「We had a wonderful getaway at the Keene Cozy Cottage. It is in a fantastic location in the Lake Placid region. We spent all of our time hiking and biking in the Wilmington area, which was easy to get to. But Lake Placid or the High Peaks are also close, if that’s why you’re staying. The cabin was charming. It was very well stocked with so many little conveniences. There were several times we said, “oh, we wish we brought X,” and there it was in one of the drawers. The cabin was also very well...

「Enjoyed are stay at the camp. The outside flowers, bird feeders and deck were peaceful. Had fun watching the birds feed and the chipmunks and squirrels trying to get to the feeders.Our property manager/owner was very good at communicating with us.The only detriment was the beach. Due to the spring thaw and flooding there was numerous amount of driftwood in the sand near shore; which made it difficult for wading. I was told by a couple of locals this was due to the rivers that flow into the lake....

「The location was perfect and close to activities and markets, but also secluded. The cottage was so clean and unique inside it felt like a very special getaway. We took advantage of the local drive in, shops, and the amazing views on the lake. This place is truly a hidden gem and I would absolutely recommend staying here. 」

「We had a wonderful trip and time in Saranac Lake with our stay at Noonmark! We enjoyed the dock and chairs on the dock from the time we woke up until we went to bed. My children caught so many fish and made many memories to last a lifetime. The house was clean and just as depicted in the photos. Perfect temperature in the house with the ceiling fans too! We were able to use the grill had a great dinner outside right by the water on our last night stay. Thank you, Kat!」

「The house is a good place to stay if you need ample room and want a quiet retreat in Saranac Lake. Its not on the water but within a short drive of downtown and the lakes. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you as the stairs to the second floor are very steep and there are floor level changes. The house manager should, I think, mark the floor level changes with bright tape because it takes a while to remember where they are. The house is pleasant and cosy and we enjoyed staying...
