I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. Staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed, from directions, laundry dry cleaning service, restaurant recommendations and pretty much anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."
