It was very convenient- close to the centre Staff were absolutely fantastic, so welcoming and so lovely - Would absolutely recommend going and would definitely book again !! Had the best time staying there <3

The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary.

The hotel was great, quiet and a lovely location 5 mins walk from the Medina. Good selections of nearby restaurants. Room was amazing. Only thing hotel should maybe do is put more sun umbrellas up around the roof top pool area as the sun up there can be frighteningly strong.
