"Our room was clean and comfortable, however our floor was extremely loud - not suitable for a young family. Someone set off a fire alarm at 10:45 p.m., waking up our young kids. The pool was fine but not stocked with towels and no staff nearby. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the TV didn’t work for most of our stay and wouldn’t connect to our devices - just weird little things like that. Overall just OK."
