"The house had something for everyone. Our puppies enjoyed running around the property. Our kids enjoyed the large living room for their dance game and pool. We all enjoyed the corn hole game and our beautiful surroundings. Everything was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. I was super thankful for the AC. The UP was warmer than usual for September. We have no major complaints just two suggestions. A light over the stove would be great, but certainly no deal breaker. And the coffee maker...

"Aside from the VERY long distance from the bedroom to the bathroom (OK, maybe another nightlight to guide your walk to the bathroom would have been helpful too), this cottage was perfect. We were close to every rock hunting site my wife wanted and the loudest noise were the waves washing up on the shoreline. My wife already is talking about coming back."

"We picked this property because it is dog friendly. It is close to Houghton but far enough away for quiet time on the water. We enjoyed the deck and the grill a lot. "We rented this place over a long weekend to move our son into Michigan Tech. The location couldn’t have been better. The waterway is just beautiful! Very close to everything - stores and the beach, trails etc too. Very convenient to Michigan Tech. You can’t get down to the water to fish right now though because of how steep the rocky hill is, but when their construction is complete that will probably change. We would stay here again! "
