The apartment is surrounded by the best that Atlantic City has to offer! Great restaurants, bars, casinos and shops are within minutes of the property. Perfect location to smell the Ocean in the air!

-Off the kitchen with comfy chairs, board games, Air Hockey table, and TV.
-Laundry closet located in this room.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
-1 queen bed and 1 sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 4 guests depending on arrangements.

AMENITIES:
-Wifi, drip coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, A/C & heat units, and more.

PLEASE NOTE:
-This property is part of an attached duplex and shares walls with neighboring units. Occasional noise or odors may be noticeable and are outside our control.
-Since this is the lower unit, footsteps and regular noise from upstairs may occur.
-Being close to the beach, sand may be tracked inside or blown in through A/C vents or open doors. We like to make guests aware in advance.
-Parking can be difficult. Street permits may be provided, but lost permits cannot be replaced. $100 fee for missing permits.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests have access to the entire downstairs apartment.
-Shared front entry with separate private apartment entrances.
-Please respect neighbors, guests, and surrounding homes/businesses.
-Check-out is promptly at 11AM. Late departures may incur a $100 per hour fee.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-Door code provided approximately 1 hour prior to check-in.

PARKING:
-No driveway or designated parking.
-Paid parking lots, meters, and a parking garage at Stockton University on Atlantic Ave are nearby. Information provided at check-in.

MAIL:
-Do not ship items to the property.
-We are not responsible for delivered packages.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
-City environment; noise from traffic or pedestrians may occur.

SECURITY:
-Exterior Ring cameras monitor entrance areas only.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "Beachcrest", we want guests to understand the differences between vacation rentals and hotels. While we maintain our homes carefully, normal wear and tear and occasional maintenance issues can happen. Significant concerns are prioritized and addressed promptly when reported.

CLEANING:
-Our team thoroughly sanitizes and cleans each home. Minor oversights can occasionally occur, but we will promptly address substantial concerns.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
-As with any private residence, appliances or household systems may occasionally malfunction. We cannot guarantee immunity from unforeseen issues but will work quickly to resolve them.

AMENITIES:
-WiFi included.
-Linens, towels, and basic starter amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase additional supplies once starter stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent provided.
-Basic cookware included; no condiments, salt, pepper, or oil supplied.

-Atlantic City is a barrier island and city-style environment. Ants, critters, mice, or evidence of preventative pest treatments may occasionally occur.
-Beaches are free; no tags required. Beach gear not provided.
-We use quilts for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. Extra blankets available upon request before check-in.
-Guests sensitive to smells should note that odors from neighboring units or outdoors may occasionally be noticeable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Respectful behavior requested due to nearby homes.
-This is NOT a party house. Quiet hours are 10PM–7AM.
